Congratulations, enjoy it, you are the best and brightest our country has to offer. Thank you for taking on this challenge and for committing yourself to the service of our country.
My son has just finished his 2nd year. He has made friends that will last a lifetime. He has had opportunities that most will never experience. As much as he compares USAFA to a prison at times, he will be the first to tell you that he has it a lot better than his buddies at USNA and USMA. I know he is going back to Commit in August, in the meantime he has been to Spain already this summer, and will be going to Kuwait in the next couple of weeks. He knows that the opportunities for those that graduate are endless both in the private sector or in the AF if you want to make it a career.
God Bless all of you, and once again, THANK YOU!
