DD is an Aggressor and on the first bus out this morning. She was nervous at breakfast but after the AOG welcoming speech and the process started moving, she got right into the flow. I held it together and am so proud of all of the new BCT Cadets. The usage of the field house was very efficient and parents were able to view the process from check in to the boarding of the bus. Wife was able to listen to the inprocessing via KAFA streaming on the web. Now it is off to the web guy to see if we can catch a glimpse of our DD or any of the other Nor Cal cadets. Thanks again to everyone on the forum!

Congratulations, it seems like I was in your shoes yesterday. It is amazing the changes you will see, the friends she will make, the opportunities that will be presented. Your DD is one of the best and brightest, you have much to be proud of. As I said they change a lot, but my son still tells me he loves me, enjoys time with his younger brother and older sister, and most things he did before he went to USAFA, but there is definitely a change.
