AirForce ROTC Apply date?

In case I will not be selected to go to the Air Force Academy, I planning to go to the ROTC in collage.

But I am very confused on when to apply to the ROTC, I am currently a sophmore, will be applying to USAFA in my junior year, so when should I apply to the ROTC?

You should start the application late in your Junior year. NROTC applications open up about April 1. I don't know when AFROTC opens up but expect its about that same time.
