CFA Question

Hello everyone. First off, congrats to the new class of 2016. Best of luck to you!

Now on to my question. I was wondering if anyone could post a link or something to a guide I suppose of the CFAs. I am just curious how they will run the tests (like what ways to do the tests). For example, is there a certain way they require your arms to be during the sit ups? And when will a pull up not count.

Also, if there are any appointees (or ex-appointees) out there from Virginia who could answer some questions for me that would be awesome.

It appears to be the same as USAFA's. Here's the USAFA catalog in case you're interested. It has a lot of information including information about the CFA.
