The SA's don't actually send DoDMERB scheduling information to applicants...we send the names of our applicants we would like to request medical exams for to DoDMERB and then they send scheduling information to those applicants. Each SA is slightly different in when they transmit those names, but we only send DoDMERB the names of our complete applicants that we believe are academically competitive for an appointment. While almost 50 applicants have already submitted their online application/essays, we have no complete records (official ACT/SAT scores; academic transcripts; recommendations; PFE) yet, so we haven't sent any applicant names to DoDMERB yet.
