I'm a VMI Rat Mom...just needed a place to hang out and learn all the lingo and occasionally ask questions. I've been reading lots of posts since Matriculation Day!

Any questions...feel free..Lots of experience floating around on this site. As far as learning the lingo.. um.. DS is a 3rd.. still learning.

Welcome aboard. 1 week till your first Parents weekend. This might be the first time since early childhood when your kiddo is really just happy to see Mom and Dad. Enjoy thi strip, plan on hauling around several "Brother Rat's to Walmart and Dinner and don't expect too much conversation. Mostly- just a lot of sleeping in your hotel room- but I promise for once they will be as happy to see you as you are to see them!
