When the candidate is found qualified for DoDMERB, does the medical status change from "For information regarding your medical exam or status please visit the DODMERB website" to "Qualified"? The status changed on the USMA online application, but not on USNA's.

No, it never updates. You will have to go to the DoDMERB website and login to find out.

In DD's experience, the answer is "no." Her DODMERB status was "Qualified" for USNA in early October, and she received the printed letter via regular mail shortly thereafter. Nothing has changed since then in the Medical Status section of her CIS page, and it reads as you note.

At this time, nothing on the candidate page will indicate whether one is qualified or not for the Scholastic, Medical, or Physical Qualification. The only item posted on the CIS page which indicates some type of qualification is/are nomination(s).
