Upload Doc will not work

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me on uploading docs. When I click on Choose Files, none of the scans that I have made of the letter of recommendation or any documents and pdf are showing up.

Please help me

Perhaps the file is too large in size? Convert the .jpg to a PDF, it should shrink it down. If it still isn't under 2 MB, convert the PDF back to a .jpg, then act like you're printing the .jpg and under printing options convert the .jpg to PDF again and it should work. This is what I did...I don't know if it is the easiest way but it worked :)

I have had a similar problem. I have had my documents uploaded for several days, and they still read unreviewed, which is not typical. I believe that Admissions reconvenes on the 3rd, so I am sure you could call them to get a more specific answer. If not, you can still fax your RC or the Admissions office anything you want to add.
 
My uploaded documents still read as "Unreviewed" and I uploaded the letters of recommendation on Christmas Day. So hopefully, once the holidays finish, the statuses will change.
 
My portal still shows unreviewed 2 weeks after my letters of recommendation were submitted. Is anyone in the same situation as me? Or have any insight into the admissions board and their schedule?
