Greetings from Amman, Jordan, forum folks. I hope someone might still be awake in the US
Our DS has received nominations from both a senator and congressman in Illinois, in spite of a GPA/SAT lower than norm, we knew it would be a miracle if he was appointed. Yet with each step of qualification, our hopes increased.
When calling our other Illinois senator to check and see his status (just in case he would get three as some of you all have) the rep at the senator's office said: "The academy notified us you have been disqualified for grades".
Is this normally how a cadet hopeful discovers he is out of the running? Thanks for any clarification.
