Principal Candidate Day?

We discovered yesterday that my son's application status changed to Primary, and from what I have been reading, it's okay to celebrate?! Last night my husband read somewhere that Primary candidates were invited to visit in mid-April. Does anyone know what specific date it will be? Son hasn't actually visited yet, and we hope to be able to go, but he already has several commitments in April. Thanks in advance for any advice!
 
Yes they have a visit in April. Can you please tell me how long his application was there before the status changed to principal?? Today we were told they are backed up and we will not hear until March. DS application has been "At the board" for 10 days. Thanks so much and we hope to see you in April
 
Thanks! The last LOR was received by USMMA on 1/29. Most everything else was in quite a bit before that, but we had USPS issues that delayed getting his transcript and LORs processed
 
Do you have a Facebook? There is a Class of 2017 parents group. The moms from previous classes facilitate it and are a wealth of knowledge!!!!!
 
Hi! Yes, I do. Was sort of waiting until we got something in the mail before calling myself of class of 2017 parent, but thanks for letting me know- will check it out!
 
My DS's came via FedEx about 3 days after his portal changed to principal! There is info about passports, wisdom teeth, TWIC cards, shots, etc.....in the FB group!

The FedEx truck did come yesterday- we are so happy! We have all been reading up on USMMA, and are grateful for all of the advice here. Hope to see some of you on 4/15!

Yeahhhhhh!!!! Congratulations! :thumb:

And yes, the Admissions Open House is April 15th. I HIGHLY recommend going. We flew out the night prior and went to our Open House. It's an awesome day. We flew home very late on the same day as the Open House- very quick trip, but worth the effort to go.

Congratulations again, and WELCOME to the KP family! :smile:
