Everyone is probably getting super tired of me posting, but I really am trying to get some information on each of the academies. So could someone please give me some info on USMMA?

In Christ,
Ashleigh

USMA2020- Go to http://usmma.edu/ for an overview of the Academy. Everything else to do with KP can be found in the threads of this forum. Is there something specific you want to know?

I don't know. Just I guess I would like some basic info on the way things work.

Navy4ever is right, the best place to start is USMMA's own website. From there you will get the most concise information. But please come back with your more specific questions :thumb:

I downloaded, or should I say the catalog is currently downloading. Thanks. I will work on that.

Hey. I just wanted to tell everyone that I got the information from USMMA today. My mom (and the mailman) is beginning to find it comical the number of things I am getting from SAs, but personally I am really enjoying. It I am really looking forward to getting a chance to sit down and look at the stuff they sent me. I also did get the catalog downloaded from the website, but again, I have been really working towards the SAs and have been spending more time than ever before on school.

Not sure what year you are in, but in addition to all the info made available here, on the school site, and other places, you should plan an over-night trip to every SA you are seriously considering to get the full flavor of what they are like.

Also a good idea to understand the differences in your service commitment upon graduation from each of the 5 SA.

I really want to. My mom wants to go on a trip up to New England, so that has my mom ready to go to NY too so that should help with USMA & USMMA. She is also looking at a Bible college in Colarade Springs, so that would be USAFA. I think we could get to all of them, and I feel like that woud be a good experience to see all of them.

I am working on that, but having some trouble.

Each Service Academy is very different, think about what will be the best fit for you AFTER completion. While you are in New England you may want to plan a visit to the Coast Guard Academy. Many of the Academies have Summer programs where you can get a feel for the experience, USMMA does not have such a program.

Post specific questions as you go through the process.
