When i joined this forum, i thought it was pretty unique. it was informative, civil, and very useful. However, after spending some time on here, i see that it is no different than any other forum. I still love it.

But i feel that people need to read (some) of this and understand that there are universal properties to every forum. I've redacted some of the ...less appropriate parts.

8. There are no real rules about posting
9. There are no real rules about moderation either - enjoy your ban
10. If you enjoy any rival sites - DON'T
11. All your carefully picked arguments can easily be ignored
12. Anything you say can and will be used against you
13. Anything you say can be turned into something else - fixed
14. Do not argue with trolls - it means that they win
15. The harder you try the harder you will fail
16. If you fail in epic proportions, it may just become a winning failure
17. Every win fails eventually
18. Everything that can be labeled can be hated
19. The more you hate it the stronger it gets
20. Nothing is to be taken seriously
21. Original content is original only for a few seconds before getting old
22. Copypasta is made to ruin every last bit of originality
23. Copypasta is made to ruin every last bit of originality
24. Every repost is always a repost of a repost
25. Relation to the original topic decreases with every single post
26. Any topic can be easily turned into something totally unrelated
32. You must have pictures to prove your statements
33. Lurk more - it's never enough
38. No real limits of any kind apply here - not even the sky
39. CAPSLOCK IS CRUISE CONTROL FOR COOL
40. EVEN WITH CRUISE CONTROL YOU STILL HAVE TO STEER
42. Nothing is Sacred
43. The more beautiful and pure a thing is - the more satisfying it is to corrupt it

FYE.

I like the original code better.

Let me put it this way: there is a reason i didnt show you the full "4chan's original rules of the internet."

Hammurabi's code is fun, but only until you break a law.

Cool list. Please site where you copied and pasted it from.

Sorry couldn't resist.
No more snark from me today.

4chan. I will not link it for many reasons, mostly ethical.

Google at your own risk.

Also, I will now violate rules # 2 and 3 of the internet.

No matter how tempting, DO NOT go to /b/

IT IS NOT WORTH IT.

I was curious enough to look at your prior posts to get the back story for your "this forum is like all other internet forums." Still a little crispy from the flaming you got when you told a USMMA mother of a graduating mid to essentially mind her own business and keep her opinions to herself, eh?

And breaking the law should be Fun? I was talking about the original around 1750 BC.
