Does anyone know whether the portals for appointees will be updated to let cadets know if any forms are missing? DS sent everything in and filled out the on-line forms and language test, but really have no way of knowing whether it was all received.

Does anyone know whether the portals for appointees will be updated to let cadets know if any forms are missing? DS sent everything in and filled out the on-line forms and language test, but really have no way of knowing whether it was all received.
The forms you are referring to are known as "web collect" by the Registrar's office (DFR). There is no communication between DFR and Admissions (RR) as far as the receipt of the forms, so the portal cannot reflect the status of the data.
Web collect is used to speed in-processing, and the failure of the appointee to submit the data (or the failure on DFR's end to receive the data) will not preclude the appointee from entering on I-day. The process will just take longer as the data will be collected at USAFA on I-day.
