Just curious to know who all has received a Falcon Foundation scholarship from USAFA for the class of 2018. I was denied and will be attending Greystone prep, but my denial letter did not specifically say I was out of the running for a Foundation so hoping maybe there's still some being given out!
 
It's my understanding that the majority of Prep and Falcon Foundation offers have not gone out yet, but should be coming soon.
 
last year I got mine in the middle of April but I know some kids who got their's in late May.
 
I just checked with the Falcon Foundation (23 APR13 @1422) and USAFA has not sent the email offers out yet. But I'm told it may be "soon". Hope this helps.
 
My DS received his FF offer on Friday (but didn't get email notification until this morning). He accepted and chose Marion based on recommendations from a friend whose son attended there. Not sure what happens next though - does anyone know? Will we hear from Marion? Or from the Academy?
 
He will get a packet of information from Marion. It should answer most of your questions, but you should not hesitate to call if you have any questions. Best of luck! The program at MMI was a great benefit for my son. He is class of 2014 and has felt that MMI prepared him well for USAFA.

I just recieved my Falcon foundation scholarship notification e-mail this morning(May 8th). I am not planning on accepting and will turn it down proptly so another cadet candidate can go.
