I am a bassoon player, and want to continue it...Is there a possibility that I can do this while at the USNA?
 
Bring it, play it.

As far as musical organizations go, we have D&B and Pipes and Drums. Not sure if your specific musical experience will translate, but they're open to all comers if you want to try.
 
Thank you..It is a Double Reed Classical Orchestral instrument. Does the USNA have any classical musical organization...ie orchestra or jazz? Either way, would love to continue.

Ah, forgot about those. Yes, we do. There's Trident Brass and an orchestra. They do a few performances a year.

D&B and Pipes and Drums will give you intramural exemption. Not sure about Trident Brass and the orchestra, those might just be activities for free time.

I'm not very musically oriented; maybe another mid who is will stop by.
