Color Guard

Just a few quick questions about Color Guard(not to be confused with Honor Guard). Couldn't find it anywhere on the forums.

Does the Academy consider Color Guard a sport? It's physically demanding and essentially a team activity.

Does the Academy or Texas A&M Corp of Cadets have a Color Guard?

Don't know about Texas A&M, but if you want to do Color Guard at the Academy, you have to join Honor Guard. It's not a sport, but they always have one during a parade or formation.

I think this person is refering to the people that twirl the flags to music with a marching band, not the kind that carries the American flag. I may be wrong though.
