You all know that I have a 2011 USAFA grad son and another son who is a 2019 USAFA and USNA hopeful.

I also have a middle child (daughter) who went to the U. of Wisconsin and graduated in 2012. She is now in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program there. During the third year of that program, the students do three different 3-month clinical rotations at places all over the US. Yesterday we found out that her clinical for the summer of 2014 is at the USAFA cadet clinic! She will be working as a staff therapist for the summer and will be taking care of all those 2018 cadets with BCT/Jack's Valley injuries. She is very excited about it since she loved it out there when we visited our oldest son. My wife and I are happy to have another excuse to go back and visit USAFA again!

Congratulations! I'm sure you and your wife will take full advantage of your excuse. Dr. of Physical Therapy is a long row to hoe. I have an Army Reservist nephew who just completed his program and started at his new job in upstate NY last week. He did a tour in Iraq in the midst of it and continues his Reserve duty today. I'm sure he's working on the paperwork to become an officer as I type. I should get to play a round of golf with him in just over two weeks and am really looking forward to it... and the free advice I'll pump him for.

That's great news Stealth! Congratulations to your daughter and to the parents as well!
