This thread is for posters that are in the system to help posters looking at their college list to find specific posters that can lead insight into the det.
We see all of the 2018 applicants stating XYZ schools, but IMPO it might help them more if they had a thread they could refer to a poster that is at their school choice.
If we could cut and paste just the list, it may help our posters by pinpointing certain posters that want a certain college, branch, career field or major with regard to their college application list.
Sometimes we get too many cooks in the kitchen, and the thread can get diverted quickly.
The list also can assist for applicants that have OOS colleges on their list and may not be able to do a campus tour visit. Just me, and a long time poster that had a child with Notre Dame on his list, and could not visit the college, it would have been nice to find someone here that we could have pm'd.
I hope everyone will cut and paste just the list, because remember we were all there once, and not everyone can afford to visit every college. Many of us rely on the glossy brochures and web pages that the colleges offer to use as a decision factor. Unfortunately, because many can't visit and talk with staff/cadets/parents they will not have an opportunity to see if the college is truly a match from a deeper perspective.
Off the top of my cranium, I know we have ERAU, PSU, USC, VT, UVA, NCST, ECU, OSU, TAMU, UCLA, MIT parents/cadets on this forum.
For candidates, applicants please don't list until you have scholarship in hand (accepted) because right now you are not in the ROTC system. No offense intended.
