Two questions about the Form 146 ( Candidate personal data record)

1. About parent's education. How about parent was immigrated , did not go to high school or college in the states, but have a degree in other country, should choose " unknown" or "bachelor degree"?

2. Under "Arrest statement" , HAVE YOU EVER BEEN CITED, ARRESTED, CONVICTED, OR FINED FOR ANY VIOLATION OF THE LAW? THIS INCLUDES HAVING MADE A PLEA OF GUILTY, ACCEPTED A DEFERRED JUDGEMENT, BEEN ADJUDICATED, OR BEEN REQUIRED TO REGISTER AS A SEX OFFENDER.

How "three lane" ticket from policeman ? Should choose Yes or No?

I'm not in Admissions and I'm not sure what a "three lane" ticket is, but if it's not serious like "reckless driving" or DWI, then I would think you'll be fine. A traffic citation is not a crime of moral turpitude.
 
Be honest about it; that's the key thing.

"From my experience as an ALO..."

A "minor traffic citation" for something like "illegal parking or speeding" etc., unless it rises to criminal, is not something to fret about, as long as you report it.

DON'T report it...and let them discover it...and you WILL be in a world of hurt.

Degree from another country

I would say a degree is a degree regardless if the university was in the states or in another country. If you know for sure they have a degree, put it down.

My bad, I totally forgot to answer that! :redface:

The other poster is correct; if your parent attended "college/university" overseas and completed the program and received a diploma, etc., then put that down. As the poster said: "A degree is a degree is..."
