Blue and gold interview

Our DS had his toward the end of the process. The BGO wanted him to attended the Summer Seminar to make sure he fully understood the commitment. He attended NASS during session 3 (June 15-20) and did his interview the following Monday (June 24th). The interview lasted about 2 hrs and the acknowledgement was reflected on the Candidate Profile site on June 26th.

Hope this helps.

Same response as krhern. Our DS also attended session 3 and the B&G said the same. To add the B&G did not do the interview until our DS completed a high percentage of the application.

Hope this helps.

As a BGO I do not do an interview and write up (a lot of work to do a good, complete one) until I see the candidate has invested some work in his application. Just having scores and records sent in is fine but not really work on the candidates part. I look for the Candidate Personal Data record, as well as the scores and records completion, before I get interested in seeing them.

I am always available for phone or email contact before then but the candidate has to produce first before I go to work.
