Personal Relationship Question

I've got a unique situation that I can not find a definitive answer to.

Here it is: Army National Guard is the branch in question.

What are policies/regulations on a Recruiter dating a Recruit that he did NOT enlist?

There are other items of interest that make this a unique situation, the recruit is pending discharge and is no longer in a Drilling status.

Can these two be in a personal intimate relationship with no repercussions from the Recruiter's Chain of Command?
