I got an email from the ROTC app and it said, "Official interview with a Professor of Military Science (contact a university of your choice and schedule an interview with the Professor of Military Science."

I was wondering if as applicants we are supposed to set up the interview ourselves or if the army does it. Thanks!

You as the applicant set up the interview. Just as it says above 'contact a university of your choice and schedule an interview with the Professor of Military Science'. Good luck!

If you research here, you'll find that some encourage you to pick carefully when you decide where to interview. DS interviewed at local college where he ended after chasing WP. School was, and is, a good fit as the first semester rolls along.

Also had two visits to Norwich with "discussions" with cadre there (post-scholarship interview).

Good luck!

I would agree with the above posters to consider the person you interview with. DS interviewed with his first choice (which included missing school getting a hotel and a 9 hour drive) he also had a two hour "informal" interview with his second choice which involved missing part of a family trip. Son is very excited about his third choice too and there has been some discussion on arranging that informal interview too or waiting to see where the chips land after the board meets.
