I am a junior with a 3.75 unweighted gpa, high honor role every quarter since freshmen year. I'm on my schools wrestling and pole vaulting team with scholar athlete recognition. I am in regents level (one step below honors) physics and pre-calc (I'm not very strong in math but I'm working towards improving), but they are senior level courses. I'm in interact club (a community service club), served as a class officer in 9th grade, work with the stage crew in my high school and I will be joining NHS when I become eligible later this year. I haven't taken any SATs or ACTs but I am signed up for the SAT in a week.

I know my math and physics will affect me but how much will that set me back when the admissions board reviews my file eventually?

I'll just say that math and science are important to the academy. Your grades there may or may not hold you back. If you're looking for extra help on your own, try here: https://www.khanacademy.org/
