Anybody notice anything unusual?

The print? Yes I think so. Something else, however, just doesn't seem quite right.

It is a Mig 29 coming at you out of the American flag and the sunrise of freedom. Better check six, Buddy.

Bingo! Well maybe. I actually think its an SU-27, NATO designation: Flanker.

In either case, it doesn't seem to belong in that picture.

So, where's the AIM-120 in that print?

...my USAFA class dinner had an F/A-18 on the front cover of the schedule of events. :frown:

Now that's funny. A while back, I remember seeing a t-shirt at an Annapolis gift shop with a picture of F-15s being launched off the flight deck of an aircraft carrier.

I guess with some graphic artists, an airplane is an airplane.

Still trying to figure out how they get that Tomcat launch and music coordinated with the kickoff. Kicker watches the screen?

There was a shirt at the musuem at the base in Pensacola that had a "Navy eagle" (the the one of the crest), but it was in fact the Coast Guard's officer hat brass. I bought it.
