So I'm currently enrolled in a computer programming course that I am not doing too well in (C- for the semester) but in all my other classes I have an A average for the semester (currently in Precalculus, Physics, AP Macro-Economics, English 12, AFJROTC 4, and a Career course). My questions are: How much do senior grades determine my chance of getting a scholarship, and will getting a C kill all chances of a scholarship?

One C wont kill you, as long as you don't have too many. It's not so much your senior grades that matter, but rather your CGPA up to this point.

The C in your senior year won't matter in regard to your scholarship application, I assume you have already submitted your application, they won't ask you for any of your senior transcripts.

The only place lower grades during your senior year may hurt yo is if the colleges you are applying to ask for your senior transcripts, most do. Tanking your senior year (Which one C is not) can sometimes result in having admissions recinded.
