I was wondering if anyone knows what the CGA will ask for when they ask for more information. I need a waiver for my visual distant acuity not being correctable to 20/20. Thanks

Did you receive a DQ, or just a remedial?

For a remedial, you will know what to submit as they will specifically request what they want: another specific test, a set of medical records, etc.

For a DQ waiver? I don't think they "request" anything.

However, if you have any additional information that may help them take a decision on your case (i.e. - tests that you had done outside of DODMERB, letters from a different doctor, etc) then I believe you can submit those.

Of course, as we end all of our advice in this section, - CONTACT LARRY MULLEN FOR MORE INFORMATION. :thumb:

He did. I answered him. I said an answer would be provided tomorrow morning, because I didn't have access to it today, but I guess he thought you guys would know better....not knowing anything about his case. I guess I can't please all the people, all the time

Mr mullen,

I was just asking if anyone else knew what cga usually asks for with waivers. It was nothing against you. I was just using all my resources. And thank you for your response. I did receive an email from Mr. Beltrand. Thank you fro sending my info to him. Again, this post was nothing against you, just trying to get other peoples advice.

Yeah, I think he was going for the, has anyone else had this problem? As well. To see how others fares with their waivers

Roger. No offense taken:thumb:
