Who do I contact at USNA regarding a waiver?

I received a DQ over a month ago and I have not heard any noise about the waiver process. At USMA I was notified that a waiver had been requested only two weeks after my DQ. Who do I need to talk to at USNA about starting the waiver process? I know it is "automatic" for those of us with LOA's, but a month seems a lot longer than it should take.

I can't answer your question about who to contact, but regarding how long it should take, it can take anywhere from two weeks to six months to file a waiver. I also read around the forum that some people had gotten their waivers AFTER I-Day (yes, that's too late).

What contributes to the length of time that a waiver takes?
 
USNA may be waiting to see if you obtain a nomination. They typically work on waivers for those who will be offered an appointment. Also, they need to see how many potential plebes need waivers and for what. In short, they can't have too high a percentage of the class that can't be commissioned unrestricted line.
