Hi everyone,

I'm a POC cadet in AFROTC and I just applied for a rated board for the CSO and ABM jobs, I'm commissioning next fall and am FY 2015 for the rated board. Could anybody give me any info on competitive scores for rated slots and I have a decent shot of getting it? Right now my total gpa is 3.8 and my PFA score is 100. I don't have my AFOQT scores readily available but my pilot score was 28-32ish and nav was 32-35ish; I was ranked bottom third at FT. Of course I don't know my UCR but I am a member of 2 academic honor societies, 1 greek fraternity, and the current commander and founder of our ROTC drill team fraternity, so I hope my school involvement will rank me higher in my class.

Any help or insight is appreciated!

I think you'll be fine. I had worse stats and got a pilot slot. I was also bottom third at FT. I think the thing that might hurt you the most is your AFOQT scores, but I don't know what the range for that is for people that are picked up so I can't really give any insight on that.

+1 Reaper regarding your AFOQT.

Our friend's DS is at P'cola awaiting his class. He was originally slated for Dec., than Jan., than Feb., than Mar.
~ Just saying that the pipeline is clogging up for CSO.

If you get CSO they will send you to IFS (Pueblo). I would suggest that you use this time and get some flight hours under your belt for when you go to IFS.
