How long after MOC calls does the appointment show up in the portal?

There is no coordination with the MOC call. They allow the MOC x days (I think it's 7) to call and then proceed with further processing of the appointment including updating the portal and sending BFE etc. So there is no particular period of time between the MOC call and stuff showing up on the portal other than its "plus x days" from when it otherwise would have happened.
 
WP gives the MOC 72 hours to give the good news to the candidate. After the 72 hours, then the appointment info can populate the portal.
WP gives the MOC the opportunity to be the first one to tell the candidate, if they choose to, so you will not find the info on the portal before the 72 hours.
