Does anyone remember the name of the USAFA grad that represents cadets

Last year there was a thread discussing cadets that were getting disenrolled right before graduation. A USAFA grad posted that he is from Colorado Springs and he represents cadets when they have problems at the Academy. If anyone remembers his name or username. I have a couple of questions for him.

Are you thinking of attorney Skip Morgan who represented the OSI informant Eric Thomas?
