CGA Scholars waitlist?

I don't believe the Coast Guard Academy Scholars (CGAS) Program maintains historic stats on alternates/wait list applicants like we do for direct appointments...if they do, I've never seen them published. There are approximately 50 applicants on the wait list for the CGAS Program right now.

DD was moved from CGAS wait list to CGAS class of 2015 in early Feb. She sent an email to LT. Herold within 3 days saying "I accept" and recently sent in administrative and medical paperwork that we found on line (apparently not due until April but wanted to get a head start). She has even scheduled appointments with an oral surgeon to have her wisdom teeth removed asap.
Just curious if there is anything else she needs to do - besides getting her nervous father to calm down
? I keep reading threads about appointed candidates getting BFE's or phone calls etc. All my DD got was an updated (miss-dated) letter on her portal offering the appointment and email exchanges, nothing more formal than that. Not even an update on her portal acknowledging her acceptance of the appointment or next steps. I am NOT complaining about a lack of ceremony at all, my concern is to make sure we are not missing something that we should be doing.
DD is so very thrilled with her CGAS appointment and truly believes that she is being setup for success both at the Academy and in the fleet. I would be devastated if some simple snafu at this stage did something to jeopardize that.

When do they make those decisions?...I saw one young lady knew in Feb....but can it go up until May 1oth? He is driving us all crazy! Any word would help! Thank you.
