your ortho is going to spark at least a remedial. There is a form they will send you to take to your orthodontist.
With regards to the inhaler...if you need an inhaler then you shouldn't be pursuing a commission. If you don't need an inhaler, then I would suggest you see your doctor and see if you can get rid of that prescription. Do not start or stop taking meds without consulting your doctor! When you put it down on your medical history for DODMERB it will spark at least a remedial. You will probably have to provide all medical records regarding your breathing difficulties. I would also remind you that if you fail to put it down, and then have difficulty passing the PT test because you can't run, and subsequently get disenrolled, and you try to claim a preexisting condition it won't be good.
Bottom line with DODMERB is you won't know for sure until you start the process, and you need to be up front with all health issues.
