Friday night Parents Weekend

Are doolies allowed to stay in the hotel with his/her parents on Friday night before returning for the football game Saturday?

They can stay off base Friday, Saturday and Sunday night. They need to be base Monday night.

So, not a problem having the kid at the hotel Friday? Just make sure she is back Sat AM then we all can leave after the game and return on Monday?

Great point. Change is about the only thing that seems constant at USAFA during our son's first 2 years.
 
Friday

In the past 4 years, C4C's could leave campus with their parents around 4:00pm-ish. Many then have dinner at the nearby restaurants and stay with their families in hotels, rental houses, etc. Generally, they needed to be back on campus around 8:00-9:00am Saturday morning. (Kick-off is usually noon.) The football game typically ends around 3:30pm...and the cadets are all yours until Monday evening. Things may or may not be different this year....just keep tuned to this forum and join your local parent club. Parent Club presidents are sent information almost daily from the parent club liason at the Academy.
