In my haste to mail the 15 May 2014 PTR packet papers, I failed to make copies of these two documents.

Would anyone know where I could print off copies of these to bring to I-Day?

Yeah I forgot to send my immunization papers. Hoping a few days post due date is okay.
 
Swimming Mid - I just called and as long as they get the immunization record they are fine. They were big on making the two copies and having them on I-Day.

My daughter had to go to one of those urgent care clinics to get her PPD because she really couldn't miss school over it and her coach is tight on missing any part of practice. She just got it yesterday and will have it read tomorrow and then we will mail (regular) to USNA.

I'm really surprised this packet was paper and not electronic.
 
Same here. Son headed back to Express Clinic place tonight for a read on his ppd. His physicians office was not very flexible and he couldn't miss AP tests, practice, etc...He also received 2 booster shots while he was there. Never having used those clinics before, I have to say I am impressed with their efficiency-and no, not getting paid to say so:)
All goes in the mail tonight.
