DS just received an email yesterday stating that he was sent an email with a link to Tricare and he must complete the registration before he arrives at USAFA. I assume everyone else has received this email? He said he has not received any emails (checked his spam folder) with any links.

Is anyone else having this issue?

DS got MiCare, not TriCare. Its for connecting with the Healthcare Professionals. Only took moments, but not sure how it will work, or when it will comer te into play. Maybe after the AFA.

Perhaps it was Micare. I'm just going off what he told me and my shaky memory.

Did your DS receive an email with instructions regarding this? The email my DS received yesterday said he should get an email from them (Micare/Tricare) with instructions but he never received that email. This came out on email yesterday and it said he needed to complete it before reporting.

This also is not on the checklist that came out on the portal either. It appears to be in addition to the things on the checklist.

In the message he recieved (and over 750 others) said "Please check your email and junk mail from (RelayHealth/MiCare). Follow the instructions and complete the registration before you arrive at USAFA. If you have any questions or concerns, you can contact me for assistance."

Perhaps... he should contact the sender to get it sorted out.

Just a thought.

I had the same issue with never having received the Micare email. I simply responded to the letter about the missing email and the Micare one was sent to me minutes later.

He mentioned that but I thought perhaps others had already called and/or have the answer. I figured there was no sense in 750 people calling to ask the same question.

Sorry I bothered to ask a question on the forum....

Thanks! That answers my question.

Oh no no no... ask the questions! I guarantee there are others out here who want to know the answer as well. :thumb:
