I know that the Army ROTC has long had a Reserve option and that the Air Force has just introduced it. But will the Navy follow soon? Is there any way to join the Navy Reserves after NROTC?

There isn't currently. Right now all NROTC midshipmen go to active duty. Who knows what tomorrow holds... but I wouldn't bank on any changes.

The exception being the Strategic Sealift Officer Program at the maritime academies. SSOs are commissioned into the Navy Reserve.
