I recently received a 4-year Navy Option scholarship to my first choice school. Should I still apply to the other four or just apply to my first choice (I have not applied to my 1st choice yet)?

When things come quickly/easily, it is easy to slack off on other options. It can be a trap.
So now you have financing to what is now your first choice school. A lot of things can happen that might challenge your situation.
Not knowing your academics, can we say your admission (a requirement to use the scholarship) is not guaranteed.
I don't know how familiar you are with your first choice (or other) school. A lot may change in the coming months. Having the option to change your mind isn't a bad thing. Applying to the other schools gives you choices that you may want down the line even if that isn't the situation today. And if Plan A fails the admissions test, you now have Plan B,C,D, etc. in place.
The cost is nominal in terms of admissions fees and your time in applying. The cost of not having options can be significant and potentially not recoverable.
Addressing all the foreseeable outcomes is something you will be trained to do in ROTC.
