I talked with someone from CA who district is represented by Congresswoman Lee and he mentioned her officer doesn't even nominated anyone to the service academies because she is anti-war. So where can a student from her district get to be nominated then?

I remembered reading an article in USNI Proceedings that a few offices don't even nominated years ago.

I don't understand how this person was nominated by Congresswoman Barbara Lee (District 12) in 2013, if what you say is true.

OP,

If they don't nominate anyone, you still have 3 more nominations. VP and your two senators.

There are several MOCs for whatever reason they do not submit a slate. It is their right as an MOC.

You have no control over it.

That being said. CA is a competitive state, and I believe the Senators "talk". That means they try not to duplicate nominations. If this is true, they may look at those in this district with more emphasis because they know that no slate was given by the MOC.
~ Does this mean that the two Senators will place 10 between them to make up for the lack of the slate from that congresswoman?
~~ Probably not!

It means if you are competitive you still have 3 more bites at the apple for a nomination.

I usually let most grammar mistakes go, but this was hard to read. If you are applying to the academies you may want to work on spiffing up your writing style. I am not attacking you, just offering constructive criticism.
