Does everyone who has had their portal opened and passed DODMERB and the CFA receive the "qualified" letter?:
We have received all your application information and the Admissions Committee has qualified your file academically, medically and physically. We are still waiting for a nomination before we can consider you for an appointment...
In the beginning of the admission process a candidate had to have an acceptable level of academic achievement before they would open your portal. Does simply having the portal open for academic reasons and adding to it the DODMERB and CFA triggers the above letter. Or is there a higher academic or admissions standard that renders the letter? Aside from those that have not passed CFA or been qualified by DODMERB, does everyone receive this letter?
