Has anybody heard anything back (pos. or neg.) from Cruz's office regarding nominations? He posted his list Dec 20th last year.

We haven't heard anything from Ted Cruz or John Cornyn but I just checked my son's USAFA online application and it says that he has a nomination from our representative, Ted Poe. We haven't received anything from his office, though. No phone call, letter etc but we are pretty excited.
 
Our DS also received a Congressional Nom. from our local rep and got a "reject" letter from Cornyn but no word on Cruz. Was just curious if anyone else had. Thanks for reply.

Same story here. DD received nominations (USMA,USAFA) from local Congressman, a reject letter from Cornyn and nothing yet from Cruz.
 
I have not heard from both Senators either. Does Senator Cornyn announce his nominees at different time frames?
 
We have not heard anything either, DS received nomination (USAFA, USMMA) from local Congressman but nothing from Our Senators.
Is there a time frame or what would be the latest that you could/should hear from them? Does anyone know?
 
From reading my USAFA Admissions Time Table, it says "July 1 to January 31st: Members of Congress make nominations..." So I'm guessing January 31st is the latest date we will hear from the Senators?

Do you happen to know if Senator Cruz's Austin office is open on Saturday? I received an email to call them but I live overseas and it's hard to get the timing right. Thanks!
