Congrats on your desire to serve. Some helpful advice for someone clearly interested in military service....
1) An arrest (or two?) can most certainly impact your chances.
2) Responding to people (especially those in authority) with "chill" or "relax" will also significantly impact your chances in the military. It is considered quite disrespectful.

Folks, this question has already been asked and answered. For the OP, asking the question a hundred times won't get you a definitive answer b/c no one knows or can know other than USNA Admissions once they have all of the facts in front of them. "Conduct" issues are rather like medical issues -- very individualized. And, obviously, not having a conduct issue (just like not having a medical issue) is better than having one.
