Shuttle run question

I actually have a few:

1. Does my entire body have to cross the turn around line or do I simply have to touch the floor with my hand on the turn around line?
2. If my entire body does not have to cross the turn around line, does my foot have to be past the turn around line while I touch the floor with my hand on the turn around line? In other words, can I have my foot stop short of the turn around line and touch the turn around line with my hand, or do both my foot and my hand have to cross the turn around line?
3.
I saw this video and the form taught in it looked absolutely atrocious to me because the person was wasting time getting his entire body across the line. Is this actually a good method even though it looks terrible? When I first tried a shuttle run I thought it was very similar to the pro agility drill(5-10-5) that they test at the NFL combine, so I used to same mechanics and was able to get an 8.2(I didn't reach the turn around line with my foot, I reached out with my hand and touched the turn around line. This shortened it slightly for me and probably took a tenth or two off my time.)

The person you filled out as your "grader" should have gotten this video:
the shuttle run is at 4:50 and as you can see only his foot and hand have to pass the line, not his whole body.

I found the "turnaround" the hardest part, so my advice would be to not sprint so hard you take forever to turn around.

Thank you for the video, very helpful. But the video says to "sprint to the turn around line", does that mean get any part of your body(my hand) to/pass the turn around line or get your foot as well as your hand to/pass the turn around line? Also, do I have to PASS the turn around line or simply GET to it?

In the video he gets one hand (touching the floor) and foot across the line simultaneously and turns around. When I did it I may have just touched the line with my hand. Either way, just be clear with your grader what you guys are doing so there is no confusion. The last thing you want is to end up doing it wrong and starting over or something.

The USMA Admissions CFA videos are helpful. I wonder if one of the mods can post links to those in a sticky, either a new one for "CFA" or in the CFA section of the existing sticky "A Lot of Admissions Information"

Seems like it'd then be easier in the future both to find independent of a post and to refer to within a post.

My two cents.
