Honestly you could use a couple more extracurriculars and now in sophomore year is the time to start them so that you can be in a leadership postition by senior year instead of just filling your schedule. Also most colleges aren't going to care one bit what your weighted GPA is, unweighted is all they care about and they will weight it as they see fit so work on getting that to clear 3.9+(not saying yours is bad in anyway it's very good but we can always strive for better.) Otherwise jump on that standardized testing boat early to get some experience with the tests and get some scores to submit for SLE next year. Other then that I would say you look like a fairly solid candidate for a sophomore. Good luck to you in your future endeavors. Go army beat navy.

Have you taken the PSAT or any standardized test yet? Do you know your class rank? It's a bit hard to tell without either of those. Athletically you look good.

Go to boys/girls state. Even if you don't get in you can still pay to go in some states if affordable. It counts just as much "points" as being an Eagle Scout.

Can you really just pay to go? On the form it asks for your principal's signature.

Schools sponsor kids to go, your state may be different, but if you ask you don't get the slot you can pay and go. I suggest emailing those in charge.
