BOLC dates?

Hey all,

Commissioning is roughly 3 months away (+/- a month). I wanted to start this thread to see who has received any info regarding their BOLC dates such as a RFO or even a seat reservation. I've done my fair share of stalking on the web and found that in years past, the info had already started to flow out by this point ( especially those who applied to work at LDAC) . Lets hear what your cadre have told you! :wiggle:
 
Son was told yesterday by his PMS not to expect BOLC dates until sometime in March, early April at the latest.
 
DS received BOLC dates in mid-January, but he is USAR. I assume you are looking for AD BOLC dates.
 
Wildcatmom, may I ask what Bolc dates your son got? I'm curious to see how far after graduation they are.

You can look at the BOLC classes scheduled, based on your branch, probably by going to the post website where your BOLC is located and finding the BOLC-B tab. I only say probably because I'm not sure if every one will have it, but I can lookup all of the classes currently scheduled for my branch. You won't know which one you're in, but you can get an idea of when you might go.

It will vary branch by branch. What one person here got in a different branch than you will have no bearing on your BOLC dates. Cadet Command doesn't run these schoolhouses.
 
I got my BOLC dates already through an ATTRS reservation. I branched medical service. Different branches are posting dates at different times. Chow I just need my duty station...

@fgr0001, Yes. It came through my enterprise email (mail.mil), since I'm an ADO. I guess we get our dates quickly because we cannot go work at LDAC or anything like that during the summer. We are on the first thing smoking to BOLC. Everyone should get their reservations within their emails soon, from what I'm hearing. Good luck.
 
Any updates on reservations? It seems like CC is behind on various things ( CTLT, MacArthur award, etc...)
 
I received my BOLC dates about a month ago through a reservation, as stated previously in this thread, but have been told by my Cadre that BOLC dates for everyone else are being input this week and everyone should know by the end of the week, if not tomorrow. As I say that, realize that this is the Army we are talking about, and that everything is subject to change. Hope this helps.

I sure hope so. It would be nice to know before spring break. Thanks again for the info!

It doesn't go by Battalion or Brigades, it goes by Branches and when your branch manager inputs everything. What did you branch? We as cadets will probably know before our cadre if we check our enterprise emails. You will get a BOLC reservation notice there once your branch manager has input it all.

At least he'll have a couple weeks to unwind before he heads out again. Is June 12th his report date or activation date?
