It's a mix honestly. I am currently in the USMAPS Class of 2015. I'll try and give you a run down of the application process. They will keep your academic stuff (transcripts and academic info) on file, but you will have to do a lot of stuff over again (candidate statements, ACT and SAT, CFA, and your congressional nomination). If you don't get a nomination, you can get a Commander's Endorsement which will count as one. You will take the CFA during CCBT. You will do your candidate statements while here at USMAPS and your English teacher will correct it for you. You will have to sign-up and take both the SAT (in February) and ACT (April). Also don't freak out on the percentage that gets in to USMA. If you actually try and put in the effort, you're going to make it West Point the next year.
