For the medical (optometry) and dental forms, I'm wondering when to schedule appointments. There not asking for it yet on the admit kit. Is it in am upcoming admissible packet? I know that there are specific envelopes to send the dental radiographs in. Will I receive any thing else in the mail for this or is it just the form's online in the Forms For Applicants Offered Admission? Am I responsible for getting my own special envelope? Thank you in advance.
 
You will receive envelopes soon, but the forms online are the ones you will use.
 
I am guessing that you have been offered an appointment to USMA and the papers you are talking about are in the first initial packet. If that is the case then you schedule these appointments yourself. The self addressed envelopes will come in the mail to you with instructions on how to send the forms back. You just have to wait for these to turn up but go ahead and schedule the appointments to get the work taken care of. Be mindful of the due by dates, dates differ per form. Have you downloaded from your portal the booklet "Instructions for Candidates Offered Admissions" this tells you all you need to know and do. A good place for further information is the Facebook page set up for candidates of class of 2019. There is one for parents and another for moms and dads as well. These are excellent to go to for information where everyone is asking the same type of questions.
 
Congratulations too by the way! The candidates group is USMA 2019. Parents one is West Point Class of 2019 Parents, another one is West Point moms.

Any idea when the "Forms/Instructions for Applicants Offered Admission" should open up? Mine are still unavailable on my portal.
