A candidate is waiting for a medical waiver from one of the academies, but already has an appointment and waiver to another academy with a deadline looming to respond. If the candidate accepts to the academy which granted the waiver, does this automatically take him out of consideration for the 2nd academy which is still waiting on waiver? In other words, do the admissions offices communicate whereby if you accept to one academy you are taken out of consideration for another?

No they do not communicate with one another. You will not endanger your chances with one SA by accepting to another one.

I know I am adding to the complexity now...but the 2nd academy which is still waiting on the waiver also offer the candidate a spot on an athletic team. If the candidate accepts to the 1st academy that granted the waiver does this nullify the sports offer from the 2nd academy - or does it matter if the waiver is granted and the candidate eventually changes academies. Sorry so confusing...

I don't believe it does. As sheriff3 said, they do not communicate.

Your best bet is to contact your ALO/BGO/etc and ask them.
