Delaware Candidates

Hello,

My son is also a "Hold Candidate"and anxiously waiting just like everyone else. Just seeing if anyone from Delaware has heard back? Not sure how many openings our state even has? Good luck to all of you out there waiting to hear back...
 
they say there is 1 opening but I think 5 got in last year. there are 4 at this time in the class of 2018 one Dropped. midshipman are from DMA-TOWER HILL AND 2 FROM CAPE HENLOPEN.

Yes, I know of two from Delaware who received appointments. The longer we wait the less likely it appears for him. They are all such fine young men and women that all have worked so hard for this. He is prepared to work harder and reapply next year if that's what it takes. It's a stressful time for everyone for sure. Thank you so much for responding... I guess as long as he hasn't received a NO there is always hope! Thank you again!
 
Karen, any luck? I know of 1 that got in from DMA his brother is there now.
 
Hi There,

Yes I am aware of the one from DMA and there is one from down state. We have now begun focusing on plan B and my son intends to reapply next year. Thank you so much for asking! I know everyone of these great kids deserves this chance. Have to believe there is a reason and things work out as they should...
