3 year winners / APFT

When do the 3 year winners take their APFT? Prior to beginning sophomore year?
I believe the APFT that will qualify you for contracting will be administered the fall of your sophomore year, then you should contract shortly after passing. However, you may want to focus on the APFT for your freshman year, knock that out of the park and you may get considered for an upgrade. :)

A three year winner is going to take a bunch of PT tests freshman year. The three year winners are never the issue. they have a full year to understand what they are up against. It's the four year winners that often don't get the memo and don't show up ready to pass. I give my 4 year winners their first PT test over the summer and keep testing them right up to contracting day. Some schools give that first test on the first day on campus.
Make sense?

Makes perfect sense. Thank you. Again :)
