How to resubmit CFA

I took the CFA in early June and I had the scores sent to USNA and USNA deemed me physically qualified. However, I didn't do as well as I would have liked on that CFA and my FFR(USMA equivalent of a BGO) and my BGO both recommended me to retake it; so I retook it on Monday and I did considerably better. But now there isn't an option on my USNA portal to submit CFA scores. How do I get my new scores to USNA?
 
Frenzy, as far as I know, whoever administered your test is responsible for submitting your scores. It's not something you can do. Perhaps your BGO can assist as he/she has access to your portal.
 
You can email your admissions counselor and they can "reset" it. You will have to go back into your application and re-enter the new CFA administrator's information and they will get an email to input your exam.

Please note that your CFA will only count if your administrator was one of the following:

-BGOs (I presume that any other SA equivalent is acceptable)
-Commissioned Military Officer (Active Duty)
-Physical Education Teacher (Coaches who are also PE teachers are ok)
-JROTC Instructors
-Senior Military Instructors (Military Prep schools)

*** A coach that IS NOT a PE instructor does not count. ***

Last time there was an option on my portal to send an email to my CFA administrator for him to submit my CFA for me. Now the option is gone.

Ok thanks! My Air Force JROTC instructor administered it both times. They accepted the first one so I'm guessing they will accept this one too even though it's an Air Force JROTC instructor and not Navy/Marines.
